넓은 방과 저렴한 비용
바젤 프랑스 국경에서 약 100미터 정도 떨어져 있습니다. 바젤역에서 걸어서 1시간 정도 걸리고 방은 깨끗하고 깔끔합니다. 게다가 3인실이였는데 더블침대 한방에 거실에 부엌도 있습니다. 취사 가능하고 굉장히 좋으나 바젤역에서 많이 떨어져 있어서 교통편만 되신다면 나쁘지 않은 선택이 될것 입니다.

온수가 왜 안나와
전체적인 시설은 최상이었습니다. 음식도 해먹을 수 있고 빨래 건조를 할 수 있는 시설도 있고 깨끗하고 좋습니다. 위치도 도심에서 벗어나 있지만 역에서 트램으로 바로 이동할 수 있어 별 문제는 없습니다. 하지만 왜 온수가 30분 정도만 사용하면 끊기는지는 이해할 수 없습니다. 관리인에게 물어봐도 그냥 수영장 샤워실을 이용하라는 답변만 할 뿐이었습니다.

Nous avons été déçus sur plusieurs points alors que nous sommes des habitués ! En effet, pièce trop petite, pas de grille-pain, mauvais matelas et oreillers trop mous, vaisselle pour la cuisine rudimentaire et au compte-gouttes. Enfin, dans le hall d'entrée il y avait petits gâteaux alsaciens, bonbons, café, thé... Mais là à part un peu de café, thé ou même du vin chaud (ce qui était parfait vu le lieu) mais cela n'a pas duré pendant toute la durée de notre séjour. Ce n'est pas digne d'un hôtel de cette classe.

we are waiting for our luggage that was missing in our trip. we wait all of our stay of that luggage. it was delivered to the hotel 2days before our trip going back home and no one inform us that our luggage was there in their office. was given to us in the time that we are leaving the hotel.

L'hôtel est bien situé. Tout près de la frontière Suisse. Les chambres sont bien équipées. Le personnel est agréable et sympa. Bâle est a 10 min a peine en voiture. Et 32 min de Mulhouse. Parfait pour visiter les deux marchés de Noël.

Great stay, friendly and helpful reception who helped for a smooth check-in and explained all what is necessary to know, like the breakfast time, if you have booked a breakfast, or the use of the swimming pool. Apartment studio was equiped with the oven, microwave, coffeemaker and 2 gratis coffee pod to drink. Available 6 further coffee pod to make the own coffee. Nice. Good stay.

The staff was kind and helpful. Good price-performance ratio. We liked the tiny kitchen to prepare simple meals. The surroundings of the hotel are not exciting, but therefore quiet, and the Swiss border and the tram are just a few hundred meters away. Also, we enjoyed the Chinese restaurant nearby, the only one that is not permanently closed. I was there with my best friend and I forgot to ask for 2 beds, so we shared the bed for two, which was ok, but not too comfortable - my fault. Due to our seminar plans we only could use the little swimming pool once and it was refreshing. If you are looking for luxury, you have to book somewhere else. But if you are satisfied with a clean room, asking the staff for the things you need and enjoy the freedom to come and go for a fair price, this hotel is for you.

Given the very reasonable price, our stay for 1 night was absolutely fine! Room was clean enough but quite basic. Essy check in and not far from the airport. About a 20min walk to get to the bus stop for the airport.

A good place to stay with easy access to Basel city and friendly staff but the bathroom in our apartment was not cleaned to good standards and it wasn’t made clear that housekeeping was only done once a week and bins have to be emptied ourselves. Breakfast was very basic for €12pp per day, going to the local boulangerie is better. There isn’t much to do in the area but wold recommend for anyone visiting Basel as it’s only a 10 min tram ride to the city centre.

Conveniently located within walking distance to Basel's tram 11. Quiet spacious room equipped with fridges, microwaves and stove tops (also cutleries and cookwares), which mean you could really save a lot of money by cooking your own food. Moreover, the price for the rooms are half of that in Switzerland side. Front desk speaks fluent English and is very helpful in giving advices about where to find affordable, good value for money food. They also offer free carbonated water, lemonade and coffee on the ground floor. Finally they have in-site laundry and swimming pool, although I didn't really need it knowing I have these options available is nice. TLDR: great location, good value for money
