we have stayed here several times. it’s a basic hotel that is convenient to the train station and town center. the negatives are lack of air conditioning and outside street noise can be loud if you leave your window open.

The hotel was not as advertised on the hotels.com website. Did not know there would be a self check-in with no idea what to do upon arrival. Fortunately, there were people coming out of the hotel and this enabled us to get into the locked lobby. Otherwise, we would have been left stranded outside with no communication or direction. The reported instructions for how to access this hotel came 90 minutes after we were already heading up to our rooms. As we stood in the lobby trying to figure out how to check in with no staff, it became very frustrating. When we reached someone on the lobby desk phone, we were then put on hold for 25 minutes. This caused more frustration. Had we known this was an unstaffed hotel, we would have chosen some other location. Fortunately, for others who were also having the same experience and didn't know how to access an unstaffed hotel, we were also coming out of the lobby, and kindly let them in so they could go through the experience we just had. You even had to make your own room key. Rooms were good, but overall, not a good experience after a day of traveling.

J'avais réservé 2 nuits avec un lit double et j'ai eu 2 lits simples. Tellement compliqué d'avoir des réponses à mes mails et de les avoir au tel... avec personne à l'accueil tout se fait par tél. grosse galère ! hôtel vieux avec des moisissures et tapisserie qui est décollée dans les chambres ! 12 min pour avoir l'eau chaude ! A FUIR ! ! !

Cet hôtel est dans un état déplorable. Pas d’eau chaude la première nuit. Aucune personne présente dans l’établissement. Papier peint délabré dans la seconde chambre. Impossible de prendre un petit déjeuner le dernier jour, il n’y avait personne dans l’hotel

Très bruyant, personne a l’accueil et tout se fait pas téléphone. Le wifi est très faible, les chaînes tv fonctionnent par intermittence. On demande 100€ de caution. Il n’y a rien de positif dans cet établissement. Je ne viendrais plus dans cet hôtel.

Vraiment bof

Pas de personnel sur place et un chek in chek out à faire soit même en ligne + 100€ euros de caution. tout ça n'est pas indiqué sur le site et on fait le job du personnel d'accueil mais sans le salaire... Chambre correct mais vieillissante et pas de clim. Un simple ventilateur sur pieds pour un semblant de rafraichissement. Première et dernière fois pour moi !

C'est un hôtel que l'on aimait bien car malgré son âge avancé, l'approche assumée de la déco 70s faisait passer les côtés très vieillissants. Cependant l'été c'est beaucoup plus compliqué car sans clim il fait vraiment chaud, et ouvrir la fenêtre sur une rue très passante ne rend pas les choses plus agréables. Le problème central par contre est le système de gestion de réception "numérique" mal installé. C'est pourtant du MEWS qui est assez standard, mais là où le mail que l'on reçoit nous indique que nous n'avons qu'à remplir les informations sur la tablette en arrivant pour récupérer la clef, il n'y a tout simplement... pas de tablette ! Il y a bien un terminal de paiement, mais quand nous appelons le numéro de téléphone dans le mail, c'est bien le téléphone devant nous qui sonne... la tentative de remplir le formulaire en ligne sur mon téléphone n'a pas non plus marché, la carte d'accès virtuelle étant configurée mais pas activée... Heureusement que ma femme se souvenait avoir lu dans la presse que le propriétaire gérait aussi un château à St Etienne de St Geoirs dont nous avons retrouvé le numéro. L'appel n'a pas été très agréable mais nous avons quand même pu finaliser la validation et aller nous coucher, nous avons eu plus de chance que certains dont vous trouverez les commentaires sur Google Maps... bref, ça va s'il ne fait pas trop chaud, pas trop froid et que vous arrivez avant 20h.

étonner pour un hotel en plein centre ville

Dans la chambre c'est une baignoire/douche sans protection pour la douche donc éclaboussure sur l'extérieur de la baignoire il manque le sèche cheveux , petit dejeuner du dimanche on vous apporte le plateau le samedi soir et débrouillez vous le dimanche car pas de personnel.

Hotel avec de la personnalité: toute la déco est des années 70, il faut aimer l'orange! C'est un vrai retour dans le temps, mais cela mériterait quand même une vrai rénovation en ce qui concerne les équipements (chauffage, sanitaires, couloirs) Personnel très accueillant et disponible. Hotel 70's.... On ne sait pas si c'est une déco retro 70's ou si l'hotel est dans son jus depuis les 70's!!!! Convecteur électrique à fond dans la chambre, chauffage d'appoint soufflant dans la sdb.... Je suis partagé au moment d'évaluer cet hotel. Par contre, ils sont bien en 2025 pour la communication. J'y ai dormi il y a 24 heures, et j'ai déjà reçu une dizaine de mails!!! Stop!

Arnaque, à fuir!

Je ne suis pas habitué à mettre des commentaires sur les hôtels que j'ai fréquenté mais cette fois ci je suis obligé pour éviter que d'autres ne se fassent pas avoir. Hôtel vraiment mal entretenu, avec une deco soit disant funky mais c'est juste qu'elle n'a pas était changée depuis 40 ans! Le périple commence déjà a la réception, nous sommes extrêmement mal accueilli avec une personne qui est dans un autre hôtel (il faut donc tout faire par téléphone), cette personne demande une photo de la carte d'identité et une caution (je suis habitué des hôtels mais c'est bien la première fois que l'on me demande tout ca) et veut vous faire payer un repas alors que le restaurant etait fermé ce soir la! et cette procédure s'avère vraiment très lente, il n'y avait qu'une seule personne devant moi et pourtant j'ai bien mit 45 minutes pour avoir ma chambre. Ensuite une fois arrivé dans la chambre, on se rend vite compte que l'on se fou de vous, il y a de l'eau proposée a la vente avec un tarif exorbitant (+ de 3 euros la bouteille), 2cm de poussière sur le meuble télé, un chauffage d'appoint qui ne suffit vraiment pas, pas de paroi à la baignoire donc on fou obligatoirement de l'eau de partout dans la salle de bain. Bref tout ca pour dire que cet établissement est a fuir si vous voulez passer une nuit dans de bonnes conditions. 85 euros la nuit pour ca c'est tout bonnement une arnaque!

Trop nombreux mails avant et pendant le sejour. Mauvaise surprise à l'arrivée, empreinte de CB encaissée, alors qu'elle ne devait servir qu'à la réservation, régularisé à l'arrivée mais ennuyeux. Côté chambre, la poignée qui reste dans la main, un mal de chien pour fermer à clef, le groom qui claque, et ne fonctionne pas, une très mauvaise insonorisation... Bref, ne valait certainement pas les 90 € facturés. Seule la La localisation de l'établissement a été un plus pour nous.
