I visited alone on 3/30 to plan a group meal, and the male staff member in charge of my table was embarrassing and rude, which made the dinner I had high expectations so sad. “We had a wonderful stay at La Bastide. Julian is an excellent host - very welcoming and interesting to chat to, speaking excellent English. The property is very charming, extremely peaceful and relaxing, and feels authentically Provençal. The breakfast was delicious, served in the atmospheric kitchen. “10/10 hotel. We checked in around 7:30 pm, walked over to a charming outdoor restaurant, enjoyed the very large room, had a lovely buffet breakfast under the shade of mulberry trees, and were able to relax by the pool well after we checked out. Great amenities, staff, and overall set up. ”

They said it’s not their responsibility, but I don’t understand why it’s impossible to cancel the payment itself at the hotel front. The hotel was just so-so. The room was big with 3 single beds and one double, and air-conditioning was good. However, hot water was unstable, and the drainage of the washstand was poor. The pool was to small(about 10 sq m2) and closed. ”
