"sejour tres agreable.Acceuil au top.Restaurant tres bon."

"Beautiful old half-timbered auberge in a small town, with a delightful aspect. The owner, Tina, was very attentive, friendly and helpful - from local sightseeing recommendations to a lovely breakfast with locally sourced items. "Very quiet, friendly place, in lovely grounds."

They would not refund me the difference in...

"Very basic two star hotel on the outskirts of town. The room was very small, but perfectly clean, with a very comfortable bed, and blissfully, air conditioned in the middle of a brutal heatwave. The breakfast spread was also pretty basic, but surprisingly quite good. The young ladies working the reception and breakfast area were lovely, professional, and very helpful with suggestions for restaurants for dinner. This was a very last minute booking over a very busy weekend, and my main gripe...
