"Atmosphere is amazing!! Your shoes will be stored at the locker at the lobby, going around the tatami floor of the entire building makes me feels like at home. Room and areas through out the hotel is clean and nice. Onsen is top notch. Also a free late night Ramen per night of stays was delicious. However, laundry (drying machine) instruction in english is not correct, plus most front desk personnel does not understand english, which created a bit of a run around to get things right. "
"Kenny is so great!! I arrived late due to missing my train and he was so nice and sympathetic. He made tons of recommendations on this map that he gave me. The room was super comfortable and nice. The facilities were super clean and easy to use as well. I genuinely loved my stay in Sakaiminato and honestly regret not staying longer!
If you visit, you must stay here! "
