"This property is severely run down. The elevator didn’t work which made it difficult for my husband to go to and from the car and room. There was a loud party that kept us up late and there were signs that said “Park at your own Risk”. Not exactly a confidence builder."

"I booked a Jr Suite. Upon arrival I was asked if I needed the accessible room and I told them not really just needed the king size bed. They put me in a smaller room at the SAME RATE as the Jr Suite. I told them if I had know that I would have kept my booking as is. The beds were hard. I normally do not stay at Hiltons because they are pricey so this was a huge let down. I feel like I could have rented at Motel 6 for half the price for what we got. The saving grace was San Juana. I told her what had happened and she was able to move us to a Jr Suite and offered 2 days of complimentary breakfast. She wasn't rude, very professional and kind. SAN JUANA you deserve a raise!"

"We booked this before and the beds were uncomfortable and continue to be. Our backs are currently on fire from having slept a couple of nights in these beds. The only reason we booked it was because of the indoor pool which was out of order the first time we booked but we thought for sure it would be open…we thought wrong. The indoor pool was once again closed. The kids were disappointed and quite frankly, so were we. The only reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because it’s cheap but otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend it for a family. Maybe for a cheap stay for a night if you really need to. "
