Great location! Know your booking number.

The property is very close to the Plaza Mayor on a pedestrian street. The room was okay for an overnight stay. It is located next to a restaurant with a huge beer menu and very good pizza. We did have a problem with check-in. There isn’t anyone to check you in; you have to do it yourself on a tablet. We didn’t get an email with the booking number that we needed to check-in. I found it on the Hotels.com app, but it required some searching.

Frustrating experience

Hotel didn't have a front desk or any physical person working there. It was a very strange system where you were emailed a link to complete where you upload your passport and they give you virtual keys. There was a tablet to do the check in on inside the hotel but it didn't work. I had phone connection issues and had a very difficult time getting into the room and connecting with someone for assistance. I was also informed on hotels.com check in time was 2pm but then couldn't check in until 3. Since there is no one working at the hotel there is no option to drop off bags prior to check in (something that all the other hotels in Spain offered). The room itself was fine but the check in experience and late of luggage storage make things very difficult.

BUENA UBICACIÓN Y BUENA RELACIÓN CALIDAD PRECIO

La ubicación es excelente. El servicio demasiado autónomo, pero llamas al teléfono que te indican y te atienden bien. La limpieza podría mejorar. Para aparcar tienes que irte bastante lejos, aunque Salamanca no tiene distancias muy largas. Relación calidad - precio bien.

Está muy bien ubicado, pero hay que meter el parking en el precio. Limpio y fácil de llegar, con todas las necesidades básicas cubiertas. La señal de tv inexistente y se escuchaba al vecino ducharse.

Fantastique

Excellent séjour. Hôtel en plein cœur du centre historique, on peut tout visiter à pied, tout est à proximité ( restos, shopping …). Hôtel très confortable et calme. Avec sa petite cuisine le confort est augmenté. Merci beaucoup. Je recommande.

Insatisfação na chegada

O mais desagradavel foi não ter ninguém para nos receber, o número de telefone não é compativel com o que nos foi cedido, houve um casal que nos abriu a porta para podermos entrar no hotel, depois de diversas tentativas o casal nos disse qual era o telefone, depois ninguém nos contactou o mandou mail para saber como funcionava o check in e por fim a rececionista ainda queria que nos deslocassemos para outro local para fazer o respetivo chek in depois de horas de viagem e com uma bebé e uma criança para não falar das malas. No que respeita ao quarto tinha boas condições de lompeza e conforto.

Excelente localização, perto da praça e da catedral ( não muito perto da estação de trem, mas foi possível ir a pé com mala de mão- talvez um táxi seja interessante para quem não quer andar muito). Check-in automatizado, vc mesmo escaneia os documentos… cozinha com fogão, frigobar, louça e chaleira elétrica ( perto tem mercado), boas camas , chuveiro com banheira… tudo simples mas muito bom!!! Foram dias excelentes em Salamanca!!!
