Super accueil dès l'arrivée, le personnel à la réception au top aussi bien à l'enregistrement que pour le départ ! Séjour hors saison donc toutes les infrastructures n'étaient pas ouvertes, mais très bonne prestation et résidence très calme. À refaire en pleine saison !

Nous avons eu l'appartement le plus éloigné du parking. Un bon 200m de distance sur 30m de dénivelé. Le tout sur un chemin parsemé d'escaliers et pentes raides aléatoirement bitumés. A notre installation, les draps des précédents locataires pliés sur la table du salon : personne n'est passé faire le ménage entre temps. Heureusement pour nous, le logement avait été laissé propre par ces précédents occupants. Le logement en lui même est à rafraîchir, des impacts dans les portes et les murs, le tablier de la baignoire de travers, rafistolé au silicone. Literie correcte, clim fonctionnelle. Un seul point de restauration type snack fréquemment en rupture de stocks durant notre semaine de présence, le restaurant est quant à lui fermé. 30 minutes d'attente en moyenne pour une pizza ou un burger (et ils n'économisent pas leurs efforts pour aller vite et sont souriants, juste pas assez nombreux) D'ailleurs tout le personnel est sympa, les piscines sont correctes et paraissent entretenues. Niveau implantation : Obligés de prendre la voiture pour tout, la route est passante et ne dispose pas de piste cyclable ni même de trottoir.

Au 1er abord c'est une résidence vieillissante mais agréable. Bien située proche Vallon-Pont -d'Arc. 2 piscines sympathiques et personnel aimable. Mais grosse alerte sur l'hygiène des locatifs, entretien et nettoyage des résidences catastrophiques. (achat d'un kit nettoyage complet puis deux heures de ménage et de vaisselle avant de pouvoir défaire les valises.... juste scandaleux !).

Logement fonctionnel méritant un rafraîchissement

La propreté était moyenne et plusieurs objets étaient cassés ou très abîmés. Logement pour 7 sur le papier mais à peine assez équipé pour notre famille de 6. Néanmoins le logement est fonctionnel et bien situé. L accès facile aux piscines est agréable.

Der var enormt mange hvepse, som til tider gjorde det udfordrende at spise udenfor. Der var ikke mange skyggepladser ved huset og da der ingen air condition var, var det også en udfordring. Toilet på stueplan og bad på 1. Sal er en udfordring - med håndvask efter toiletbesøg. Stort set al skriftlig kommunikation var kun på fransk. Pool var super, byen var super og området var super.

We had a nice stay at the place in July. I have not yet recieved my deposite back and it is impossble to get in contact with the hotel. Very unsatisfying and regrettable. On that note - I would not recomend

Accueil horrible, équipement médiocre

Au sujet des équipements, il manquait : grille-pain, four, Verres, fermeture d’une fenêtre, 1 chaise intérieure (4 chaises pour 5 personnes), aucune chaise relax pour terrasse, lit double 160x200 avec matelas 140x190!! ... Au sujet du domaine : piscine non surveillée avec beaucoup d’enfants jouant au toboggan, accueil horrible le premier jour (2 heures d’attente sous la pluie), Location à éviter ! Heureusement la région est très belle et les baignades dans l’Ardèche étaient très agréables.

Eenvoudige uitvalsbasis voor tripjes

Het appartementje is erg basic en klein, ongeschikt voor 6 personen maar wij waren met 4 gelukkig. De matrassen zijn van piepschuim, dus je krijgt kuilen als je lang ligt. De keuken is piepklein. Geen idee waar je de waterkoker en het koffieapparaat moet zetten want de stopcontacten daarvoor ontbreken. Gek genoeg is er weer wel een afwasmachine. De wifi is duur en werkt niet goed. Het park was vol in augustus wat bij het zwembad te merken was. Enkel Franse gasten helaas voor onze kinderen.

Résidences Odalys à Salavas : en confiance pour un séjour en Ardèche

Accueil, confiance et amabilité du personnel à l'occasion d'un court séjour. Résidence agréable, très bien située à "deux pas" de la rivière Ardèche et de Vallon Pont d'Arc. Pour une deuxième fois chez Odalys (vacances de neige à Valloire) les prestations sont conformes à notre attente: satisfait !

Hotel Odalys, Petite résidence particulière, calme, dans un cadre magnifique.

Une petite résidence qui permet une tranquilité et un confort très apprécié, une piscine agréable et propre, un balcon avec vue panoramique sur un paysage magnifique, un personnel agréable et efficace. Tout ceci réuni pour un séjour quasi-parfait.
