I am terribly sorry for your issue. Unfortunately we do battle sugar ants in the valley. We do have an exterminator spray frequently, but staying busy, it s a battle. I hope you will give us another opportunity.

The A/C system made thudding nosies every hour. The air flow would blow every few hours directly onto the bed, blasting face and hair-slept with a hoddie on.

It was very unpleasant due to the people that we had staying underneath us a 4-year-old child couldn't be a 4-year-old child and an 8-year-old couldn't be an 8-year-old without getting complained alls we did was walk around had grumpy people there to convenience people like us that have children at this age especially grandparents and they disabled grandmother maybe you should think about putting them on the lowest level of floor that you may have from the first floor maybe to the second due to how your hotel might be set up but having to get calls from the front office because my grandchildren were simply walking around in your surrounding motel room and happen multiple times with the customer going downstairs complaining after a phone calls into our room if you look at how much money that we spent for one night just to hang out there with our family it was worth it on the end of your motel being very clean staff was awesome but it's accommodate people like us say I think it would be easier to have children under the age of 12 on the lowest levels to accommodate as we were told and elderly couple that was below us that kept banging on the floor and we were trying to be calm and quiet we went swimming for hours to even help try to quiet down gentlemen still had a problem and an issue with my 4-year-old granddaughter Yes I'm going to repeat that a 4-year-old thank you sincerely Mitch

We do apologize for your experience. We have dealt with the other guest in question as well. We do hope you will give us another opportunity, as this is not a standard issue. Most people realize up until a certain time, you are going to have noise from children. It is a hotel and not a home, you can hear other people. We do apologize for the inconvenience.

It was one of the best stays at a hotel that I’ve had. The $20 I paid for breakfast was misleading. When I checked in the hostess said my “complimentary breakfast”. I said no I paid $20 extra for that. Other than that the stay was good.

Great place for when I got stranded by weather
The hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. The room was very nice and plenty of charging stations and work spaces. Quiet as well, no outside noise. The bed and sheets were incredibly comfortable. I was very happy with my experience.

Hotel was clean and staff were very nice. Unfortunately the in house restaurant was closed on the Sunday night we stayed. It was open for breakfast which was delicious. No body wash in bathroom (I had my own)

Beautiful hotel. Nice and clean. Paid $5.00 for the best breakfast. Restaurant served and great waitress. Bed was comfortable. Quiet area. Not bad but not one I would want to walk far in the dark.

I was there two nights, and housekeeping took the used towels but didn't replace them. They didn't empty the garbage, make the bed or replenish the coffee either. The front desk people had trouble printing out the bill when I left. They told me that I didn't really need it!

A large homeless encampment is set up in an adjacent parking lot. We were afraid to park our car in the parking lot for fear of break-in. There was an issue checking in at the front desk, the room was paid for but they insisted on a $100 deposit on our credit card but their machine wasn't working so they wrote out card # down. I don't like that, not to mention that they eventually put a hold on the card and it is still pending 6 days later. I talked to the front desk at check out about the hold and was assured it would drop off that day. Still waiting. We will not be back.
