I’ve stayed at The Ainscow a few times now and will be doing more so in the future. Staff are really helpful. Especially Ethan ( night manager) who goes out of his way to help every guest. Always cheerful. Good clean rooms and excellent for location. Very near to town centre and train/ bus stations. Would definitely recommend to anyone for a great stay .

Good room, cheap and friendly staff, very good little store for supplies compared to any other hotel I've been to. Only downside is that there was no heat control in the room, and due to the busy ring road outside it was hard to keep cool and still be able to sleep.

Very nice hotel and well priced for the level of room. Very spacious and comfortable. Easy to walk to the city centre and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

Decent price and Carpark on site

Very reasonably priced. Rooms basic but very clean. Comfy beds...small shop in reception area, alas no alcohol licence..has a carpark (£15,,) on site which is a big plus...awesome value £80 b&b for a twin room

Receptionist was welcoming and friendly, she changed rooms so that myself and my friend were on the same floor - felt like she cared and wanted to give a warm welcome and help us- made a positive difference on check in Carpets on the floor we were on showed signs of wear and tear and need a deep clean to remove all the stains and marks Not booked for breakfast and went out for evening so unable to comment on other questions

The hotel is a unique building so most rooms will be different shapes and sizes and it's a bit like a labyrinth trying to find your way around! Our room was spacious with a large bathroom. Location is great, very easy access to Manchester city centre and with parking on site. Great for a short stay. Breakfast was ok, the buffet was regularly refreshed but the hotel doesn't serve pork products and there aren't any a la carte options. We would definitely stay again if going to a concert or other event in the city centre.

Great price to stay on the edge of Manchester city centre. Value and secure parking on site. Professional staff. I opted for a basic room which was very large. No window in the room but that meant no external noise, so a very peaceful sleep. I would stay here again.
