But when the day came, they sent an email and said they haven’t had any room in the round floor and they were going to prepare one for us with on top £40. Even thought they finally didn’t charge for it and we decided to have a room on the first floor instead. However, their way of managing the case was weird. They should not do it this...

"The Caboose was such a memorable stay and James was so helpful and accommodating. The property is conveniently located 2 minutes from the train station and a short walk to the lovely town centre with several restaurants, shops, cafes and pubs minutes away. A visit to the Salisbury Cathedral was recommended by James and I would agree that it is a must see in Salisbury. I would recommend the Caboose without reservation."

"The hotel locates just beside the river, with a vast lawn, great for kids to play. The are ducks and swans in the river. Walking distance to the cathedral. Lovely to have breakfast outside."

"Room was clean , breakfast was very good , but not to much empathy from the staff. Besides is very nice property with excellent location. I recomend it"
