“Beautiful scenery. Very comfortable beds. We didn’t fully understand that there were no restaurants close by. We ended up driving 20 miles to Salmon to get our dinner.”

“Great family and dog friendly motel less than a mile from Main Street. Very friendly and helpful staff.”

“Friendly staff and clean rooms. I was just passing through Challis, but I wish I had spent more time there and at this hotel. The hotel felt like a repurposed nursing home or rehab center, so everything was nice and it was easy to access. The room I was in felt more like home than a hotel. I had nice access to the side entrance. I hope to travel to the Northwest US again, and I hope to spend more time in Challis at this hotel.”

“Small family owned motel. Usual amenities. TV, microwave, fridge. A coffee pot in the room would be nice. There is no breakfast. Frankly there is no room at the front desk. Pickles restaurant is just down the street. Good food and cold beer. All around good value.”
