"The property is a recent renovation take over from a pre-existing motel 6 structure and business. The changes have been an improvement, and the upgrades are basic and economical, yet functional and comfortable. For best stay here are some key points… Stay on the first floor for the best room temperature and air flow (heat rises) PICKLEBALL! Bring your pickleball gear or use there guest paddles to play on there pickleball court! No room refrigerators, so don’t pile up the leftovers to eat the next day for breakfast. If you’re a guest who likes extra towels and linens ask in the morning before heading out, because after the maid service does their rounds around checkout time, it can be difficult. They provide, lotion, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner, which are all decent quality, so plan your toiletries accordingly. The neighborhood is in development and transition, but it is trying and has a good vibe. Little walking neighborhoods near by and public transportation is very close. There is a good GAY friendly neighborhood / district near by as well (in development) Plenty of parking for those on a road trip or driving vacation, so no worries!"

"The room is nice and breakfast ok. The noise from the street is what is something they can’t control. Sirens and loud people on the streets made sleep difficult. The train goes by as well."

"I was shocked when I went to check in and they said it was a 50.00 charge to checking before 3:00. It was a great location though. The restaurant people were friendly and helpful. It was close to a mall and not a bad distance from airport."
