This was a perfect place to stay! It was super clean and conveniently located near the mall. Gui and Renata were fantastic! However, I wish Roberto at the front desk had the same positive attitude and provided better customer service instead of making assumptions about things he was not knowledgeable about.

Ao chegar no hotel percebi que tinha feito a reserva num quarto duplo de solteiro, solicitei a alteração para um com cama de casal e me cobraram mais 87,00. Achei absurdo o valor e não aceitei. Subi para o apt 808 e o cheiro de mofo era insuportavel, interfonei para a recepção e me trocaram para o quarto 803, resumindo eles te jogam num quarto podre, se vc não reclamar fica lá, se reclamar mudam para um melhor. Mas a saga continua, o chuveiro quando ligava fazia um barulho ensurdecedor. o quarto é enorme tem uma área de serviço. A varanda é enorme mas não tem nenhuma cadeira pra sentar quiçá uma mesa, o quarto apesar de ser no alto tem uma acústica péssima todas as motos e carros que passavam na rua faziam um barulho enorme parecia que estávamos no primeiro andar e lembram da cama que pedi pra alterarem no começo na primeira noite o colchão afundou que parecia que ia nos engolir. resumindo, o Mercure apesar de ser uma grande rede tem deixado muito a desejar, essa não foi a primeira vez que me hospedei, ele sempre decepciona. sem contar que tive que pagar 50,00 de estacionamento. o cefá da manha que foi pago a parte foi bom. a hoteis.com oferece o preço da diária em valor baixo, pra enganar os bestas, no final era melhor ter ficado num hotel na beira da praia. decepção com o Mercure e com o hoteis.com só eles saíram ganhando rsrs

Boa infraestrutura e localização

Ótima localização e estrutura. Boa área de lazer , piscina e academia. Restaurante com preço justo. Ponto de atenção : 1 Wi-Fi não conecta c senha. 2 Banheiro exige intervenção : água estava bem suja, (imagino a caixa d”água), não esquenta no chuveiro e havia vazamento na bacia.
