Localização boa, estabelecimento ruim

A localização é boa, levando em consideração o Pelourinho. Mas estava na reserva que teria TV. Nos colocaram em um quarto sem TV e informaram que não teria mais tv no hotel, só que ao irmos embora, tinham dois quartos abertos e ambos tinham TV.

Hotel no meio do calor do Pelourinho! Ótimo para os passeios na região! Se está procurando conforto e silêncio esqueça! Hotel em construção antiga e se escuta tudo da rua e do andar superior! Procure por quartos no último andar! Talvez melhore a experiência! Ar condicionado ok!

Boa relação custo x beneficio

A localização é bem próxima ao terminal marítimo, o que facilita muito para pegar o catamarã para Morro de SP. Não tem muito movimento à noite na região. O atendimento foi excelente, quarto limpo e espaçoso.

Great location but not worth the money for the room we got. They put us in a dungeon downstairs with no natural ventilation or sunlight. Request you don’t get this room! Staff were excellent! Place was clean and security conscious felt secure and taken care of eventho we felt like step children!

Comfortable, good value for money

Clean hotel, just a minute away from Pelourinho's touristy sites. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is delicious. The internet connection is choppy, coming up and down.

Nice hotel in the Civic Center

The hotel is very nice, in the center of everything. The staff is wonderful, the breakfast was always delicious! We enjoyed our time in Salvador and were able to walk everywhere in the civic center. Thank you to the staff for being so sweet, courteous and just wonderful!

Pontos positivos: 1. Jeanice, recepcionista, que se desdobrou pra nos indicar passeios, alugar carros, recomendar praias. Muito legal! 2. Localização, é próximo do centro histórico inteiro, Pelourinho às portas, bons restaurantes, museus. Se você prefere silêncio, quietude, ambiente harmônico, essa não é sua opção; agora, se quiser conforto na possibilidade de um centro antigo, é o melhor. 3. Quartos grandes (de casa antiga), ar condicionado, camas boas. Estrutura bem legal. 4. Café singelo e muito gostoso,dá pra ver que foi feito com carinho. Pontos negativos: 1. Barulho e bares próximos (como eu disse); a limpeza das ruas deixa a desejar. 2. A escada pra subida pros quartos é surpreendentemente estranha... com malas, uma vez só.

Spacious spotless room with delicious breakfast

Just at the edge of the Pelo area, this pousada is perfectly situated at the edge of the action. Lots of shopping, restaurants and historical sites to see nearby. Room we had was huge, beautiful and spotless, and a lovely breakfast was brought to the door each day which we had in the kitchenette.

Hotel aconchegante e bem localizado.

Adorei as instalações, a receptividade, a localização. O atendimento e atenção de todos os funcionários. Sem contar que a pousada fica muito bem localizada no Pelourinho, de onde pude andar para todos os lugares que precisei em razão do meu trabalho, e ainda deu para conhecer alguns pontos turísticos em razão de sua excelente localização. Preço justo.

Hotel agradable con buen gusto y buena gente

Habitacion amplia limpia y confortable. Personas atentas, simpaticas y sensibles. Desayuno completo en terraza interior. Entorno auténtico, un poco ruidoso porque daba a la calle pero con vistas bonitas a la iglesia y sus escaleras. En el pelourinho siempre hay ruido así que nada malo.

The staff at Studio do Carmo is incredible - friendly and extremely helpful. The location is great, and the breakfast was good. Highly recommend staying here if you are in Salvador.

Fui obrigado a trocar de hotel, pois nem TV no quarto não tinha, banheiro ruim, com mau cheiro e chuveiro que não esquentava. Solicitei a recepção a troca por outro quarto ou a solução dos problemas e fui destratado. Tive que sair a procura de outro hotel, fiquei apenas 1 hora hospedado.

Great hotel, but not for kids

Great hotel for a single or couple - not great for little kids or anyone using a stroller or wheelchair. Stairs are a bit treacherous. Great staff and location. If you want a more quiet night, don't stay at the front of the hotel, as the street life is quite loud.

Arty, fun hotel in the heart of Salvador!

Very friendly and pleasant staff, HUGE comfortable rooms, ample breakfast. I arrived 4 hrs early and they let me check in almost straight away. Excellent location and recommendations of things to do. Highly recommended.
