Everything is good the staff are excellent but all the morning there is noisy sound coming from the next building that only problem can effect and prevent to sleep well the hotel super close to all the market bar and beach the breakfast morning very good and delicious 👌

Horrible check-in experience. Insisted on seeing an authorisation to allow me to stay at the hotel with my own son - not happened in any of the other 50 hotels we have stayed in in Brazil over the last 7 years, terrible discrimination that's hard to understand why.

A equipe é boa, bem simpáticos. O problema foi no quarto: banheiro sujo, cama quebrada no meio(terrível). O café era abaixo do esperado. Não entendi o porquê da avaliação ser tão boa quando eu reservei. Sinceramente, não indico.

O hotel está muito bem localizado, perto da praia da barra e de pontos turísticos importantes da cidade. O quarto é super confortável, roupa de cama e toalhas excelentes. O hotel oferece shampoo, condicionador, sabonete e creme hidratante de ótima qualidade. Achei o café da manhã muito bom, com muita variedade e opoções saudáveis e regionais. Só tenho elogios.

O hotel tinha suas qualidades tais como: boa localização (perto do shopping, comércios e restaurantes), equipe acolhedora e um café da manhã bem servido. Entretanto, as condições do quarto não vale o preço que paguei. Eu dormi por 5 dias em um quarto úmido, com poeira nas cortinas e nos cantos, além de haver infiltração no teto. Além disso, a janela não pegava sol, pois a vista era para uma parede de divisa do terreno do hotel. As condições do quarto eram deploráveis, principalmente, para quem tem alergia. Ao chegar no quarto, precisava tomar um antialérgico, pois sentia minha garganta.

Hotel bem localizado, na barra... no geral muito bom. Ponto negativo para a suite: Banheiro pequeno (exaustor não funcionava corretamente). Pia fica fora do banheiro, dentro do quarto. Ar condicionado fraco, mesmo deixando em 18 graus, não gelava.
