"We very much enjoyed our stay! There were a few issues but overall, well worth the value. The staff, especially those who spoke English were very kind and helpful. If lounging by the pool is important to you, please know that the chairs by the pool are dated and in uncomfortable condition. Other than that, a remarkable stay for the cost. The location of the property allowed us easy access to various shopping, food and tourist sites."

"Air conditioner was horrible, there was an awful sewage smell in one of the rooms. I tried to notify it at the lobby but no one even intended to greet us or ask if we needed anything so we left. Very unhelpful staff. Extreme heat even in the hallways and elevator. Only one disabled parking spot in one of the parking garage floors. There was always someone parked in the disabled space without a permit, and nothing was done to verify this or correct it. "

"The only thing I liked about this hotel was the location. It was convenient for the Start of the Salvador Marathon '25, and the one young lady who was working in the breakfast room. Everything else was way below average. Breakfast was the worst ever. Two elevators for all guests. One was broken for the entire stay, and the other had to be available for all the guests from the first to the seventh floor. I walked up and down most of the time to my room on the sixth floor. The Internet was out for the entire stay. During the three nights I spent at this place, not once did I have my room cleaned. Granted, I did not want it, and in the process, I saved them money. On Monday morning, when I asked to check out one hour later, I received a flat "No", "we are fully booked!" One hour would put them in the poor house? The apathy from the workers was palpable.
