Our stay from 17-20 May 2015 at the Schloss Hotel in Salzburg, Austria, was probably one of the best hotels we've stayed at. We were pleasantly surprised to find this hotel so beautiful and picturesque. The front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff were absolutely customer oriented and very accommodating to our requests. Amazing staff. Luxurious hotel. Free parking. Spacious room with a nice view of lake Fuschl (Grand Deluxe Room) if you can afford an upgrade definitely go with it. Spa facilities are a must try, they have an indoor pool, sauna, whirlpool, steam room, as well as massage therapy. Dining is expensive as expected in such places. In short it was a great experience to stay in this castle if you have the opportunity to spend a couple of days here don't miss it.

This property is absolutely beautiful. The room was amazing with a spectacular view of the lake. The staff was very friendly and we loved the pool, spa and restaurant. The locations was perfect for us to see the lake areas and towns. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful property. Awesome location. Breakfast was fabulous. Staff great too. We had a problem with our first room. They tried to fix the tv and couldn’t, so they moved us to an upgraded room. However, when we got to that room- immediately we can hear the toilet running. So we say thanks but no. Emma, at reception, was fantastic. The location was perfect, the staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was a good value. I recommend staying on the ground floor if you have American standards (ha) for air conditioning in the summer.

Located on a square, directly opposite Mozart's house, this graceful and gracious hotel was close to everything we wanted to do. It is within sight of the pedestrian bridge (the "locks bridge") across the river to the old town center. Our junior suite was large and well decorated, with a wonderfully spacious bath. Mirror everywhere. Comfortable bed. Breakfast is a feast and included with the room. Irresistible pastries, abundant and delicious cheeses, slices of ham, prosciutto, turkey...

This Sheraton Grand property was just perfect. The staff was very friendly and helpful. the rooms Were comfortable. The floors were nice and warm In the bathroom. The bed very Comfortable, overall this is a nice place to stay and experience beautiful Salzburg.

Everything was amazing, unit, garden, amenities,checknin , check out , location. But the better and difficult to get i er was The service provided by the manager, Raja, was outstanding… it was a real pleasure; he is an attentive, responsible, and charming person. We are very happy with our stay.

The service at this hotel is impeccable. All the staff we encountered, from restaurant to housekeeping to front desk, were polite, professional, and welcoming. Our room, albeit expensive, was large, well-appointed, and oozed Old-World charm. Delighted with our choice; well worth the cost!

Hotel is very nice. 25 minute walk from the old city. Had problems the first night with the AC but these were resolved the second evening. Excellent breakfast. Would stay here again.

We highly recommend this hotel! From check-in to check-out, all the staff were friendly and helpful. We’d like to especially thank Ms.Sherbet and Ms. Debora for their exceptional service. Of course, the male staff member was also very kind, though unfortunately we didn’t get his name. During our stay, the weather was quite hot and the room temperature rose a bit, but we requested a large fan and it was promptly provided. Thank you again for making our stay comfortable and pleasant!
