We stayed at one of the Samal houses and it was a great experience. Everything is clean, the view is great, very relaxing and the food is awesome and most of all their staffs are very attentive, polite and friendly. I will be back.

This is a beautifully furnished house right on the water. There are steps that lead into the water! A public beach is just 5 minutes up the road. Josephine, the property manager, was fantastic. She helped arrange dinner for us who were arriving much later than expected.

Zoning is poor. Quality of life of people in general is sub standard. The resort is a little sanctuary that helped us forget the reality of life around the island.
