Courteous staff Gina, Claudia, Luz, Mono, Sra. Rebecca etc. Clean rooms, excellent breakfast, convenient location and cozy. We highly recommend and we plan to stay there again when in San Andres.

An overall good experience at Casa Hendaus. The room was clean, and the bed was very big and super comfortable! The breakfast has some okay options, however most of the days we were not given our complementary juice :(. One issue we had with our room was that the balcony door would not lock. We informed reception on the first day, however this was not ever resolved. As some other reviews have mentioned, the location is a bit away from the busy areas that have more restaurants, however we really enjoyed the location, as it was peaceful, and loved enjoying some quiet evenings by the pool! On another positive note, the staff were happy to let us keep our bicycles in the hotel. The hotel is great value for money, and we would recommend staying overall.

Very nice small hotel, highly recomended. Nice staff and best breakfast i had in my whole trip. There is not much immediately around hotel but short walk to the beach and many restaurants.

Fantastic stay

The rooms were spotless and freshly cleaned. The staff was super friendly and always helpful. We loved our room with the big balcony, and the breakfast was great. The pool was also a nice touch! Overall, the service and location were excellent. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Casa Hendaus was a great selection and affordable. Every morning they serve breakfast which was good. I love having more options but that’s just me. The food taste great and they serve fresh fruit every morning. I recommend this place since it’s away from the main beach and is a bit more quiet.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Boutique Casa Hendaus. First of all, the neighborhood is quiet and mostly residential. It's about 5 minutes away from the airport and a few minutes from el centro. We rented a scooter during our time on San Andres but taxi service is cheap and available. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated in a southeast Asian motif and very well-kept. The staff was great. Breakfast was wonderful. Our room was small, but quaint. There's a common area by the pool and terrace areas. It was just a peaceful stay.

As soon as I arrive the hospitality was amazing. Receptionist were friendly and helpful even before I landed to the island. My flight was delayed and they made it very welcoming introducing me to all the things the island had to offer. My bed had the extra blankets. I was flying solo and I basically was provided with my personal driver. I got sun burn and they had lotion ready for me to use. You do need a taxi to move around the island. However the nearest public beach is 13 min walk and it was safe during the day. The view was great each time I had breakfast. Breakfast was good. Well served and mix. It is not buffet style. I loved the decor on the entire property to take good selfies. Bed was comfortable, clean, good size, and decorated differently daily. I think the cleaning crew are so creative when they know who their guests are. Staff are friendly, caring and anything you need just call or ask. They are fast. Water pressure in the shower was low in my room. Took some time to warm up the water. Overall, everything worked with perfection. I would definitely go again to this hotel.

Our stay at hotel boutique Casa Hendaus was ok to some degree. We had booked a Delux room and what we got was next to Delux. First a small room (105) without Windows and next a smaller room (201) with window. We were shown another larger, but no Windows, só we chose to stay in 201. The neighbourhood is quiet and only 5 mins by cheap taxi to Town center. A walk to the beach walking área takes only 15 mins. The Hotel is beautifully decorated in Aseatic style. Reminds us of Thailand. The breakfast had 6 different menus to chose from. Very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful, although they could not provide us with a better room. All was occupied and called Suites at a higher price. There was a small outdoor common area with a small bath, but adequate for this small Casa. We have travelled a lot around the world, but never had a Deluxe room like this.

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel. 1st night we had a room on the first floor and there wasn't any view from the window only to the concrete wall. There wasn't any hangers where you can put your clothes. Some rooms don't have windows. This room was very small and noisy and had a little bit of smell of mold. Rest 3 nights we got a different room on the 3rd floor. The room is small. The bathroom sink is making water splash. The pool has a broken coping and also the tiles are falling off. There are only 2 pool chars. The pool is very small and it is open only until 7pm. Breakfast is very limited and the staff at the breakfast area is not very helpful almost rude. Breakfastare only till 9:30am. The people at the front desk are nice. Rooms are decorated nicely but beds are small for 2 people. There is no beach or ocean access near this hotel. The area was safe. After 4 nights we changed the hotel.
