Nothing. Will never go thru a third party again. They do not give military, aarp, or any other discount that is available.

The location was great and so was the room. I’ve never seen 12 ft ceilings in a Hotel room. Staff is great. They helped me with lots of information since I was new to the place.

The staff was friendly from the start. Very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good, but the lady attending the breakfast was truly wonderful. I will definitely be staying here again 😀

It smelled like propane, the elevator was broken, the room was really dirty, something in the room made my eye puff out like it does when I'm having an allergic reaction, and the walls were thin so I could hear my neighbors drinking and laughing until late in the night. Convenient location to the State Park, but would stay elsewhere if visiting San Angelo.

First, I requested an accessible room, didn't get one. My husband needs grab bars for the shower, so he was unable to use the shower. The room we had was all the way down the hall from the elevator, for someone with limited mobility that's an ordeal. Second, the mattress was hard as a rock and the pillows were like bricks.

Unfortunately according to our records the reservation we received from the booking company was a regular king, not an accessible. If we had one available we would have happily put you in one. I'm sorry about the situation.

Uncomfortable. The beds are relly hard. And honestly the only reason I pick let's hotel was because they served breakfast, I have too young kids that we're not gonna wait until 9 am to eat. The breakfast did open later than I expected and one of the two days they didnt serve it at all.. They should also clean the coffee pots better. I was scared to use it just because of how dirty it was.

We are sorry that our services did not meet expectations and we do let every check in know the breakfast time, there is also a red sign that shows the breakfast times next to the breakfast door. We will get another breakfast sign of the times and put it at the front desk so there will be multiple for the guests to see.I did speak to housekeeping about the coffee pots, they have gotten better about it, thank you for the comment about that. I apologize!Unfortunately on Christmas Day most of our staff is off to be with their family. The front desk put a note in every one of the guests rooms and had one for every check in so everyone would be aware that Elizabeth (breakfast cook) was going to spend time with her loved ones and that housekeeping was going to be off as well. The front desk was able to help by putting pastries and coffee out for everyone and also help with towels and soaps for the guests. I hope you understand.Thank you.

The hotel was great, but the parking was ...really bad. It was so crowded that people parked 3-car deep completely blocking acess to the check on area.

If not, maybe they were gathering their things and taking them to their room and then the left. We do not allow people to keep their vehicles in front of the entrance for longer than 10-15 minutes due to it being 1) the entrance and 2) emergency laneI do apologize for the inconvenience though. I hope you can give us another visit!

We hate those sofa pillows being used as bed pillows. Need to also have safety bar in shower so older people can get in and out. Was totally unable to use shower.

The front desk staff were friendly. The room was unclean. The carpet looked as though it hadn’t been vacuumed. There was trash already in the bathroom trash bin. There was hair in the shower, a stray hair in one of the bath towels. Stains on the top cover of the bed. Stains on the shower curtain. Overall it was an uncomfortable stay, and for a little over $300, it’s disappointing.

Who dropped the ball
Our stay was ok until checkout time. I asked for a printed copy of receipt and was told they do not print receipts. I was told my booking agent would email me a receipt. Well, that did not happen. Still waiting Hotels.com

When you book through a third party and do a prepaid reservation, the hotel does not have a receipt to be able to give. The booking company that you went through is the only one that can give you that receipt. If you have not received one yet please call them.

I booked a suite, and expected a bigger room. the room was very small. Also, the towels had outlived their useful life and should have been replaced long ago. The room had a mildewed smell when first entering, but it wasn't as noticeable after a few minutes. Overall, the room was clean. I just expected more when I booked a suite.

No water on our last day!
The front desk staff was nice. The hotel is dated but clean. Sunday morning housekeeping woke us up to tell us that there was no water. The water line had a leak and was shut off. We could not shower or even use the bathroom! We had been out in 100 degree weather the day before. We really wanted to shower before leaving. The hotel manager didn’t offer us any bottled water or check on us that morning. We received no compensation for the inconvenience of not being able to use the bathroom that morning.

The front desk was giving out water bottles to guests who asked, she was unable to go to every single door due to being busy trying to help with the situation at hand. We do hope that you understand that the pipe that bursts was fixed within 3 hours, if it was not turned off it would have been an electrical issue instead of a water issue.Thank you!

From all appearances the property/room looked pretty new & clean. However the ac made the room smell very musty/moldy. The floor felt slightly damp. My family & I saw a different types of bugs- not roaches, but insects all the same. Bed comfort is highly subjective, but personally the beds felt super hard to me. I was not able to sleep well because there were too hard.

Dirty and Old
Couldn't check in early due to no clean rooms availabile so when we finally checked in were expecting a clean room. It was horrible! Dead bugs and food on the counters,hair in shower and in the bedding as well as stains on the sheets. The room looked old,run down and dirty. Will never stay here again. Save your money and stay at a nicer hotel.

The room needs a mirror other than the one in the bathroom. We had a roach in our room but we understand extreme heat may drive them inside

I enjoyed my stay. The room was large and clean. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The beds were not very comfortable. I like to sleep with a fan, but non available at the hotel.
