Room was spacious and clean. Had a balcony overlooking the riverwalk. Location was perfect. Staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations. End of the evening drink overlooking water was the perfect ending to a busy day. Delicious Expresso martini and cherry old fashion.

Property was in a good location. The room we got was not great. Lots of noise by elevators. Water in our sink was always warm/hot never cold. Ice machine did not work on our floor had to search floors for an ice machine that did work.

Cons: No breakfast, No onsite parking, you have to Valet Park with an additional fee of $54 per day + taxes. Too much taxes ( county tax, city, tax, tourism tax, restaurant tax even if you only bought Starbucks). Pros: very accessible to Riverwalk and Alamo . Staff are nice and helpful.

It was very expensive for a small room that didn’t even have a microwave. The balcony view of the river was ok but I’ve stayed in way bigger and better hotel rooms with great views of the river for allot cheaper. There was nothing special or awesome for over 400$ a night.

The staff was great. The rooms were clean. However, this hotel doesn't offer any amenities. Not even a cup of coffee in the lobby. Definitely no complimentary breakfast. Valet parking is around $54.00. For the price we paid, we expected better. We had a noisy dog next door.
