When we checked in the desk person gave us a key card for the wrong room and someone was in that room already. The bathroom sink had a horrible leak and water went all over the floor then the next day after fixing that the hand held shower head broke while I was giving my handicap husband a shower. Just expected better room condition.

We liked the cleanliness of the property as well as the front desk agent who was very helpful and friendly. The only complaint, which we did not tell the receptionist, was that the handicap bathroom had a strong smell of urine emanating from the floor drain in the room, not the shower drain. We went out and bought some Pine Sol and Lysol spray which helped a bit, but we also covered the drain with a towel which really helped to alleviate the smell. Other than that odor, the room was clean, and the smell did not leak into the rest of the room.
