Well, on day one of my week stay, I arrived a bit late in the evening. There was nobody at the front desk, I waited a good ten minutes before using google to get the hotels phone number and calling them. An employee arrived, I got my room key, my stay began. Got my things to my room, room 407. My wife took the time to make and pack me some dinner for a couple nights of my stay, so I made sure to put everything that needed to be refrigerated in the refrigerator and went to bed. After waking up, I opened the refrigerator it was hot and not functioning, all of the food had spoiled. The front desk addressed the situation that afternoon and had the fridge fixed before I returned. The second night of my stay, there was a fire of some sort that had started on the first floor. It was 3:30am and I had to evacuate the hotel. It wasn’t until about 5:30am that I was able to return back to my room. The following day, day three. I had removed the do not disturb sign from the door handle to let house keeping know they can clean the room while I was out. I travel often and usually bring most, if not all, of the necessary toiletries. I had a noticeably larger and thicker towel, as I normally use. Once I returned from my day I noticed it had been taken, by housekeeping. Asked the front desk what they could do to get it back to me and was told to ask housekeeping the following morning. Asked housekeeping and they told me they didn’t speak English. So no towel. Lastly there was a bug on my bed
