The room was very clean and was absolutely huge. We had just come from a cruise so we were amazed about the size of the room. The staff, especially Michael, John G, and Andre were very helpful and personable. We also were very happy with the location of the hotel to the Riverwalk and Alamo.

Staff and valet were welcoming and amazing! Location was perfect with lots of options for food, shopping and sight seeing. Couch in room was heavily stained and wearing, office chair needs replacing. The variety of loud noises from the elevator made us nervous every time we needed to use them. Felt like we were pushing our luck and would end up stuck in the elevator car.

The room is nice, spacious and clean. The bedding and spare pillows for the pull out couch were provided in the room. The staff is nice and helpful. I didn’t think to ask about parking in downtown. You have to pay for parking.
