Roach infested hotel

The hotel was infested with roaches. I deep cleaned the room and housekeeping couldn't even provide me a new blanket and new linens. I presented the issue to the general manager, corporate, your organization, and the health department. I want a refund.

The property was dirty and there were multiple people camped outside their door smoking on the balconies and side walk. The rooms were small. There were no amenities except the laundry room. The check-in process was vigorous and frustrating.

Purely Average, Bring your own amenities

Purely average. Good internet, water pressure, & location but… Expect to buy your own toilet paper, toiletries, towels, cups, plates, pots, etc. you have to sign stating you aware upon checkin but no notice about this when booking. I get the cups/plates but just one roll of toilet paper, no matter how long you stay, is disappointing. The heater spits out charcoal at you and will ruin your white sheets. The TV in rooms are awkwardly positioned so you’ll have to turn your head to see. The water shut off randomly 3 times when I needed it most & likely cut off other times I didn’t notice. Front desk will help you, but not willingly and they’ll remind you to read the notice you get upon checking in. Which covers them for the lack of amenities. If you don’t sign you can’t stay, and risk losing the your money if you cancel. I thought this was standard until I stayed in the Austin Uptown Suites. Much better experience and service. Overall they lack amenities/hospitality, but if you get a discounted rate, take it. Better than nothing if you’re spending weeks here and can afford/bring your own amenities.

My check in was at 3pm. My room wasn’t ready- no refrigerator and hadn’t been cleaned. I couldn’t check in until around 5pm! The carpet was wet and stained. The room was dirty.

As most of you already know at this property you pay for 1 week at a time. The staff is friendly the service is wonderful. There is a state of the art laundry room. Location is convenient to both downtown and San Antonio Airport and InTown suites has the best Hotel Wi-Fi in San Antonio. Whenever you turn the TV on all of the channels and programs gently scroll across the screen in big letters. Air conditioning is top notch. WOW!

The hotel does not have enclosed hallways they are open. I experienced several mosquitoe bites and opted wearing jeans, leggings, or pants whenever I spent time in my room, especially at night.

Spring Break in San Antonio!

Arriving after office hours was no problem. Onsite management was available 24/7. Location was great, I used VIA the local bus company from the airport to InTown Suites, and all week long for $12.00. The room was comfortable, never used the air conditioning. Groceries, Walgreens, and restaurants were all within walking distance. Enjoyed my stay: visited the Alamo, 4 missions, San Fernando Cathedral, Witte Museum and enjoyed time along the Riverwalk. Early checkout was no problem. Very early taxi to the airport was $10.55. Great location.

It had roaches in the room. I asked to be moved, they first refused. Would not give me a refund. I finally was moved to a different room. Also had roaches and a water leak. I left the hotel

It was ok , however there was roaches and when I turned on the heater after showering the smoke detector went off . I did advise the office of both incidents as the manager said she would have pest control come and Walter being the worker on sight cine and check the heater however neither showed up the entire week .

Great stay; areas to improve in!!!!!!

The only concerns that came up for an extended stay hotel you would expect some utensils, plates, pots etc.,. I just taking small set they had nothing. Also I was really disappointed that they was no way to hook up to computer; only had WIFI and it was really bad. Otherwise this was a really nice hotel with clean rooms, not big but comfortable, facilities for laundry, great price, also lot of places to eat within walking distance best of all Airport was 2 mins away.
