"Valet parking only, but the parking attendants were quick and courteous. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The staff was super-friendly. The room we had was spacious and quiet. The breakfast was okay, and pricey. The hotel is centrally located, which is a plus."

"I ended up not staying at the hotel. The hotel is immediately outside the airport entrance. We arrived at 11:00pm and called the hotel for the airport shuttle. The reception desk said it would be 45 minutes to an hour for the shuttle to get to the airport because “it was currently nowhere near the airport.” After a long day of travel I was too exhausted to wait that long. I had called the hotel twice before the trip to ensure that the shuttle would be available at that time of night. Each time I was assured that the shuttle would be available and would only take 10-15 minutes to pick us up. I ended up making a reservation at a hotel located farther away and getting picked up before your shuttle ever arrived. Pathetic. Other drivers in the hotel shuttle area told us that your hotel doesn’t even have a driver but were looking for one. Great way to get rid of customers- lie to them about such a basic thing."
