We really enjoyed our stay at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott San Antonio! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the Alamo and several other must-see spots, which made sightseeing super easy. The rooms are surprisingly spacious, and ours even had a walk-in closet (such a pleasant surprise!). Clean, comfortable, and convenient—would definitely stay here again.

The lady working on Sunday the 21, at night . Front desk , she went above and beyond, we had a medical emergency my wife had to go to emergency room. The person helped ease my anxiety, very compassionate and professional. Thank you again

Carpets filthy, bedroom dark, bathroom dark, only one mirror in room -just the bathroom and is too distant to see anything up close, elevator broken, used stairs because wait time for elevator was atrocious, very limited breakfast menu I an overcrowded dining area. However, the front desk and valet personnel were very nice, and the breakfast staff was excellent in terms of friendliness, keeping things in excellent order and supply, and kept the food counter and coffee station very clean.
