The area was safe, quiet and close to dining and shopping areas. The parking space goes around the hotel’s perimeter and well-lighted. The breakfast option was good except that the area needed more seating for busy breakfast times.

This hotel was perfect for a family weekend. Safe area and convenient next to all kinds of restaurants and shopping. Front desk was great as well! 10/10 would stay here again.

We can stay the 5th night for 2 rooms reservation, we talk front desk 1st day arrive to cancel the 5th night to return our money ONLY FOR THAT NIGHT. They don't agree to return only that night, we need to pay with our use it. They will rent both rooms easy.

Your reservation was booked with a discounted rate based on the number of nights of your stay and had a cancellation/change rule that allowed for changes and cancellations up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Unfortunately for these reasons we were unable to make changes to your reservation during your stay. La atención al cliente es pésima! La recepcionista Iris me hizo sentir menos solo por el hecho de que éramos mexicanos, a lado de nosotros había ciudadanos americanos y el trato era muy distinto! Cero profesionalismo y por lo que pague esperaba mejor trato... no lo recomiendo solo por ella.

The only thing I didn’t like was the complaints that a 5, 7 and 8 year old made too much noise while walking around the room. Other than that, the room was spacious and the breakfast spread was amazing!

Buena ubicación. Lo único que no me gustó es que los olía mucho a marihuana en el pasillo. Me daba la impresión de que otros huéspedes estaban fumándola y eso SI AFECTA a todos los que estamos ahí.

This hotel’s shower head was not clean, was old, the floor in the shower was peeling and it looked like an old run down hotel. It started looking good, hallway was clean, front lobby was clean, room when you walked in was clean but then the bathroom was not the best. Shower water smelled like chlorine, the running boards were dirty and old, the shower same not clean like would’ve expected. And then the door to closet was rubbing against carpet sooooo difficult to open and close, as well as the bathroom door. The bathroom sliding door wouldn’t close all the way, just not what expected to get from Mariott! And then to top it off we bought ice cream and then couldn’t even keep it because no freezer in room & then all the ice locations were out of ice in multiple floor levels. Expected better! Especially for price I paid.

Room layout was super convenient for sleeping 6, sofa bed was super practical and convenien, beds very comfortable, two things as feedback when we opened the trundle bed it had on it some kind of crumbles and a cap of a plastic bottle which wasn’t ours as we had just entered the room. And floor shower was some kind of tilted as it folded when showering I liked that they had double waffle stations for breakfast, at the time we had breakfast it was packed but still we could have waffles in a short time I’d like to stay over again, location is pretty convenient
