Cuarto 103: El cuarto limpio y cómodo, baño amplio con amenidades suficientes para todos los huéspedes, el a/c funcionaba excelente, alberca linda y limpia Cocineta incluida (refri, estufa, vajilla, etc) Nos atendieron perfecto, todos amables y sonrientes Sin embargo: El olor del cuarto no era grato, olía como a cigarrillo El desayuno puede mejorar, aun que ofrecen continental, he tenido mejores experiencias. Las puertas laterales abren sin 'llave' lo cual lo hace poco seguro con un acceso libre a cualquier persona Estancia buena en general para familias con ninos pequenos.

El personal de front desk muy amable. El hotel viejo y con alfombras sucias. Demasiada gente en el desayuno y la señora que ayuda allí muy grosera, en vez de ayudar regaña a los clientes por no saber usar la wafflera. Llegando al hotel hacen cargos a la tc por depósitos de incidencias
