This experience was terrible. I booked a 4 night stay with this hotel and couldn’t make it through night one before having an issue. The room above me was so loud and rowdy that my son and I were awakened several times throughout the night. There were persistent banging noises at 4am that were so loud, I was unable to fall back asleep. When I called the front desk the next morning, I was told that quiet hours started at 10pm, however, that is a mute point seeing as this persistent noise was occurring in the middle of the night. I attempted to fall back asleep around 8am and was again, awakened by loud thumping noises. When I called again, Andrea told me that if it were that bad that I needed to pay $75 to switch to a new room. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told that they wouldn’t be in until Monday. When I asked who else I could speak to that was above Andrea, she said she didn’t have a number for me to call and that I would have to look it up myself. I should not have to pay to switch rooms due to the people above me violating the noise and disruption policy. And Andrea didn’t offer to waive the room switch fee or other accommodations until I said that I wanted the contact info for Jeremey, the manager. I should not have the impossible task of taking my 5 year old to a theme park on less than 5 outs of sleep between the both of us. This is supposed to be a fun, relaxing birthday trip for my son and instead it turned into a stressful nuisance.
