“Facilities, changed room 3 times. First room the toilet bowl doesn’t flush, second room smells terrible, third room the sink drainage is broken when used water splashes out directly on the floor not on the drainage, vacant lot near the room area is used for garbage. Can’t stand it so instead of 2 nights we checked out early morning (4.00 am) the following morning. ”

“The place is great, especially because it’s so close to SM City Lipa and the terminals, just a 3 to 5 minute walk. Super convenient. I booked a basic double room and it was okay for the price. It can get a bit bright at night because of the curtains and outside lights, and you might hear some noise from outside or nearby rooms. I’d probably try the deluxe room next time. “on first day, they did not assigned me with the right accomodations, it was not the deluxe room, but they did not give me credit for the difference. the toilet was not flushing and the hotel staff did not take appropriate measures to mitigate it and we end manually filling the tank to flush the toilet . the advettisement says the hitel reataurant is ipen daily but that was not in fact true. we had to call and check if itnis opened and out of 14 dys we stayed there , we only ate there 3 times due...
