Completely refurbished air-conditioned one-bedroom holiday apartment. Fully equipped and furnished with taste. Great for self catering experience as well as romantic escapes as it is just few meters from the San Agustin sea promenade. Walking distance to shop, restaurants, hospital, pharmacy or bars. Situated in quiet environment of San Agustin, not recommended if you are looking for crazy night life adventures.

We like to treat all our guest with respect as for sure they deserve and making them feel homelike. We do not live on site as we like to leave everybody their own privacy and space, but in case of need we are reachable by phone or email.

The apartment is equipped with an air-conditioning but for fresh air lovers, it is just enough to keep the balcony opened and the fresh breeze from the sea will keep it nicely cool. Pool area is well maintained and never crowded. The complex counts also on small gym and solarium.
