Eine sehr ruhige Anlage und saubere Unterkunft in toller Lage. Schöne Aussicht von der Frühstücks-Terrasse. Der Swimmingpool sieht top aus. Das Personal ist sehr nett. Von hier kann man super den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Ich habe mich dort rundherum sehr wohl gefühlt.

Je ziet aan alles wel dat het een gedateerd hotel is. De spa en het buitenzwembad waren fijn. Jammer genoeg was de Turkse hamaam buiten gebruik tijdens mijn verblijf. De gym leek niet goed onderhouden en deed oud aan. Het ontbijt viel behoorlijk tegen: weinig keus, geen variatie en veel was er niet vers. Dankzij de lieve Nederlandse Chantal van de bediening vond ik het toch wel oké. Ik had veel problemen met mijn badge waarvoor ik telkens opnieuw naar de receptie moest; veel viel er evenwel niet aan te doen doordat het systeem ook gedateerd was, ik moest maar zorgen dat de kaart niet tegen mijn telefoon aan lag.

Chose this hotel for a second visit this year in October as had an amazing stay first time round back in February. The hotel is in an amazing position overlooking a golf course from the pool area and great view of the Maspalomas Sand Dunes to the sea. The hotel also has an amazing spa area which we constantly took advantage of. Pool area also amazing and never had trouble finding a sunbed. The placement of the hotel is in a quiet location although not too far from both the Yumbo Centre and Cita centre shopping areas where there are great shops, restaurants and nightlife. Room sizes are excellent in comparison to other places. The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful.

Perfekte Lage um Abends ins Yumbo zu gehen! Für nen Strandbesuch ein etwas weiterer Weg aber auch machbar! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es gibt eine tolle Pool Anlage und die Umgebung ist absolut ruhig! Perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub, egal ob man Party machen oder Relaxen will. Ich komme nächstes Jahr definitiv wieder hier her!

Lage und Aussicht über Golfplatz Richtung Maspalomas ist toll. Das 2023 renovierte Zimmer mit eigenen Liegen war auch schön. Poolbereich zum Abkühlen war ok. Das wars dann aber auch schon. Das Hotel bzw. das Personal interessiert sich nicht wer du bist. Kein Hallo, wie geht‘s, braucht man was - die Rezeption gibt‘s praktisch nicht. Als Gast fühlt man sich wie Luft. Gastfreundschaft ist nicht zu spüren. Ein Management scheint es nicht zu geben. Jeder macht bisschen was er will. Die Zimmer werden täglich von jemand anderem und anders geputzt. Nur eine Putzkraft war motiviert es so zu tun, wie es auch sein sollte. Pooltücher müssen für 1.- gewechselt werden - bei einem 4-Sterne-Hotel. Auswahl vom Essen an der Bar ist überschaubar und qualitativ gibt es in anderen 4S-Hotels besseres. Bezahlen über Zimmer geht nicht (warum?!)- man muss immer Karte oder Geld dabei haben. Der Spa ist okay, sollte aber mal erneuert werden. Duschabflüsse sind verstopft, es wirkt nicht wirklich einladend und sauber. Das Ambiente war nicht so entspannend und einladend wie es sein sollte für ein Vital & Spa Hotel in einem 4S-Hotel. Checkout war in 10 Sekunden erledigt. Keine Rückfrage wie‘s war und kein Danke. Kurzum: Zimmer mit Golfblick und eigenen Liegen top. Lage: top. Wer kein Service braucht, alles gut. Wer sich aber in einem 4-Stern-Hotel auch als Gast fühlen möchte, sollte nicht in das Hotel gehen.

The new rooms that I was lucky to get an upgrade with a very comfortable very modern. Morning breakfast Service very limited choice. Not the best quality of products. Bus service average, absolutely fine if you just wanna grab a beer. Housekeeping staff absolutely amazing. Will I stay again yes but only in the new referral rooms.

Excellent Spa hotel in a great location.

What a beautiful setting in a convenient location. The service was very polite and helpful. Everything was clean and orderly. The breakfast was good and all of the staff were helpful. The view over the golf course towards the coast is the perfect start to The day. My room was spacious and clean with a beautiful view over the pool with a pretty veranda. The Spa had lovely staff, the facilities were very good with a salt room, sauna, Turkish steam room and great pool. If you are brave they have an ice cold plunge pool too. My only negative feeling was that after day one, the water in the room wasn’t replaced or the coffee pods. It’s a tiny thing and quite petty really but I would expect these to be replaced in a hotel presenting as a spa hotel. There was a note saying if you wanted your towels replaced you’d also have to pay extra. It seems odd as if I’d booked a series of one night stays they would have been replaced. I would give the hotel 4.5 stars if I could. However overall the experience was very good and I would recommend the hotel without question.

Little dated but can’t knock the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the place. Great place to stay with really spacious rooms. Great spa which is good to use after a hard day sunbathing.
