Very nice, big, clean room with a comfortable bed, A/C and heat. Small kitchen area with nothing in it, because the room had no coffee maker or microwave. It was a very nice room and the staff was great, but I don't know that I would stay here again because of the construction of the building. It's been nicely renovated aesthetically but the walls and ceilings are so thin that we were awake all night to the sounds of televisions and talking next door and tromping around upstairs. Like...the whole room shakes when people walk back and forth above you. Even with headphones on for the noise, you still feel the vibration in the walls. There's an unheated pool and no jacuzzi.

This is my second time staying here and overall the experience is great. The staff they are really, really friendly. The breakfast bar is very kept very clean. The room is very clean. Pros: a large room, comfortable bed, and the night clerk who checked us in was very professional and personable. (She gave 5-star customer service and greatly enhanced our overall experience. The manager the next day informed us that the night clerk was a recent hire; she certainly is an asset to this hotel.) Cons: the elevator was rather noisy, shower drained slowly, and the only eggs at breakfast were hard boiled.

The hotel was fabulous!! The area was so nice, there is a spaghetti factory across the street and downtown Redlands is minutes away. The room was so clean, big and the beds were so comfortable. I loved this hotel is not even expensive. The staff was so friendly! I actually forgot my boots in the room and the front desk kept them for me.
