La estadía no fue genial pero tampoco malísima. Hay MUCHO por mejorar. La comida es recalentada, se nota q sobra y lo ponen al otro día disfrazado con algo. Limpian los baños de la piezas pero la habitación en si, no. Los ascensores no los limpian, una mugre total. Mí baño era un hormiguero desde el día q llegué. Y varios detalles más. Yo, no vuelvo. Supuestamente mí gasto extra eran solo los juegos y terminé comprando comida afuera. No lo recomiendo.

Volveria, quedamos muy conformes

Fuimos En familia, el lugar tiene varias opciones para chicos, juegos pileta climatizada, muy conveniente que sea all invcusive que favorece la practicidad, muy cerca de la playa, volveria sin duda. Recomendaria mas limpieza en la ducha y el baño en general, quizas actualizar el box que aprecuia antiguo y no estaba muy pulcro.

Fue lamentable el personal con poca paciencia y el servicio muy malo, bebida caliente y cómida fría y recalentada. Dice ser all inclusive y les molesta cuando pedis mas de una bebida. Me cobraron un impuesto al llegar y expedía no aclara eso en su página

El hotel es cómodo y el All Inclusive una comodidad sobre todo con niños. La comida podría mejorar un poco. TIENEN QUE CAMBIAR EL AGUA DE LA PILETA PORQUE ESTÁ VERDE. Y NO ES NORMAL. MUY PREOCUPANTE

Es un lindo hotel, pero sin mantenimiento en las habitaciones. La comida que sirven es abundante, pero mala la materia prima con la que preparan la comida. El personal de recepción muy poco amable. Lo mejor del hotel, la piscina climatizada. Muy amplio el hotel. En el estacionamiento no siempre hay lugar.

Buena experiencia en familia, recomendable

Buena experiencia, la modalidad todo incluido favorece la dinamica en familia. Muy linda la pileta como opcion, deberian poner la musica con menor volumen porque a veces no se podia estar. Nos toco una habitacion con vista al mar, hermosa. Muy bueno que luego de la cena se abre el area de cafeteria y barra. Lo recomiendo.

Con respecto al establecimiento fue todo excelente, no puedo decir nada pero SI hay algo que se puede corregir... al presenciar un espectáculo como ocurrio el lunes el 4 de marzo, había un cantante lirico y en la barra estaban a los gritos y no se podía escuchar bien, fue bastante desagradable. Todo lo demás muy bueno.

Tuvimos el inconveniente que a nuestra llegada el dia 19/enero el hotel no tenía nuestra reserva y no nos alojaron sino hasta el dia 21/enero.Al presentar el baucher de Hoteles.com con nuestra reserva,nos derivan a otro hotel á 2 cuadras.Esta situación nos resultó por demás estresante.Una vez reubicadas en Luz y Fuerza,a pesar de la habitación incómoda,fue buena nuestra estadía.

Todo incluído frente al mar

Nos dieron una habitación con balcón frente al mar. LED 40 pulgadas, aire acondicionado, sommier muy cómodo. El sistema del hotel incluye todas las comidas y bebidas todo el día. Todo el día está abierta la confitería para tomar una merienda o comer algo pasado el horario del almuerzo. En la pileta climatizada (que además tiene jacuzzi) hay una barra todo el día donde sirven tragos, licuados y panchos. Además tiene una terraza con reposeras y sombrillas. Todo fue EXCELENTE
