Totally recommend this hotel as a retreat out of town. We had an apartment which offered a kitchen and living space where we could host the rest of our party who had smaller rooms. Great restaurant, spa, pool, gym and massage. Cheap Uber into town. Loved Bariloche. Awesome time.

Procurem outro lugar !

Pessima opção , não vale o custo . Piores pontos : 1- recepção sem estrutura para dar qualquer suporte aos hospedes . 2- nao tem pesssoas para ajudar a carregar as malas e quando esta com crianças isto torna-se um grande desgate 3- todas as instalaçoes são muitas antigas sem a devida manutenção. 4- ficamos sem internet por 2 dias 5- varios pontos de ferrugem em todo o quarto e banheiro. 6- nao trocaram as toalhas durante 4 dias 7- nao fazem a limpeza do quarto aos domingo. com certeza procurem uma outra opçao

4 días en Bariloche y dos con lluvias intensas pretendemos disfrutar del hospedaje. Pero??? No sé pudo.!!!!😖 Servicio: La pileta siempre con agua fría imposible usar. Desayuno sin dulces regionales. Café recalentado. Instalaciones: El lugar tiene años. Al ingresar la puerta arrastra en el piso, los utensilios uno de cada clase, la pava de aluminio berreta y las olla de mi abuela. Las luces pobres. El cortinadooooo de terror arrastra el piso, todo manchado de humedad un asco. El del dormitorio chico no cubre toda la ventana. La calefacción fuertísima sin regulación te ahogas adentro dormís con ventana abierta y no descansas. Hablando de descansar "el colchón" por favor cambienlo de una vez ya se amortizo. Lo que más nos gustó fue el desayuno, muy completo, tiene un diez en este aspecto. La habitación tipo departamento muy espaciosa. No nos gustó la bañera con hidro de la habitación, era vieja, estaba despintada, no daba buen aspecto para usarla, el televisor no era de buena calidad, la señal wifi no era muy buena, por último el spa tenía un buen jacuzzi. La piscina estuvo templada sábado y domingo, luego pasó a tener una temperatura muy baja, pedimos que la subieran pero nos dijeron que no se podía. Son puntos a mejorar, pero en un futuro volveríamos.

Generally wonderful hotel as described, cosy rooms, great house keeping, delicious buffet breakfast. Sadly the pool stopped working half way through our stay, v little feedback from staff. Kids very disappointed as we’d booked hotel for this reason

O hotel é retirado tornando necessário o táxi ou remis a todo momento que for sair. Chegamos tarde e não houve ninguém para nos ajudar com malas e a subida era íngrime, cheia de pedras e longa. Tive uma maleta furada pelas pedras do chão. Sou cardíaca e me senti mal. O tratamento é muito ruim com nada para elogiar. Foi preciso exigir ajuda para levar para baixo ,as malas,no dia de ir embora. Um hotel que não recomendo sob hipótese alguma.

El hotel en general luce descuidado: carteles despintados, camino de entrada muy desmejorado, pobre iluminación. La habitación recibida no era lo grande que esperaba. Ciertos sectores del baño necesitaban de una buena limpieza. Las toallas y frazadas con manchas que si bien pueden haber estado limpias no generan buen aspecto considerando el costo que aboné por la estadía. La conexión de wifi tiene fallas intermitentes. La ubicación del hotel es buena.

HORRIBLE

Muy incomoda la cama, con un colchon bajo y la cama muy muy baja. el estado en general de las habitaciones muy deteriorado, incluso hasta el inodoro y sus tapas rotas. Desayuno muy escaso. Horrible experiencia sobretodo teniendo en cuenta el precio. Lo de Resort es INENTENDIBLE.
