"The hotel was SUPER CLEAN as was our room. The only complaint that I had was that there really needed to be a person available to help with questions, concerns, towels, etc. The Kiosk cannot help with those type things. Great location! Will definitely stay here again!!"

"Everything was excellent except the tiki bar was closed on Sunday. Im guess because of continued construction. This is my 3rd visit to this resort and the remodeled rooms are beautiful!"

"We had a fantastic stay at the Ritz-Carlton. All of the staff were super nice and welcoming, which made our experience wonderful from start to finish. A special thank you to Miranda at the host stand, who was incredibly kind to our child and made them feel so comfortable and happy. That extra care meant so much to us as parents and turned our stay into something truly memorable"

"This Inn is a hidden gem, if I drove by I most likely would not have stopped not that the property looks bad from the outside just older and I normally look at hotels and not inns. But I researched before I booked, looking for something reasonably priced with decent reviews, as I was only planning a quick stay for an event I was going to. We were not disappointed. The rooms are comfortable, on the smaller side but all you really need for a quick stay. The grounds are very tranquil and quiet, despite being just off a busier road, nice pool area and plenty of outdoor seating areas to relax. Breakfast pavilion was nice and offered a continental breakfast with many on the go options. If I visit Naples again Inwould definitely stay again."
