The hotel, was very spanish . very family Orientated, Beautiful Gardens, I would recommend trip to Canon del sumidero Chiapas . Beautiful views , Boat ride was a 2 hour trip, well worth the money.

Very nice hotel in excellent location a couple of blocks from the city center. Staff was friendly, grounds were immaculate, and the room was beautiful. We felt so safe that we’d sleep with the sliding door completely open. Would definitely stay here again

Very nice hotel in the center of San Cristobal (5 minutes from main walking streets and square). Colonial style house, with clean and recently renewed rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended.

Loved the property. Lovely staff. The only thing is I didn’t realise my bedroom had no window I could see out of. Which is not ideal for long stays of if you plan to work remotely from the room.

For my wife and I, this Hotel is a great discovery in San Cristobal de las Casas. It is a house that was transformed into a Hotel only in 2019 and then had to close due to the pandemic. . . It is a magnificent European-style house with only 11 rooms. It could very well be classified as a Boutique Hotel. The location is very close to the main square and its surroundings (La Merced neighborhood). When we return to Chiapas, to San Cristobal this will be our first option because it is a place that invites you not to leave it, or to always return.

The hotel was very clean and has an old world charm to it. My room was beautiful, well equipped, and had a cute balcony. Staff was friendly, helpful and kind. It was low season when I visited San Cristobal so the hotel was quiet. The bed was super comfortable, and the water temperature (hot) and strong water pressure was greatly appreciated.

Beautiful boutique hotel located in the city center on San Cristobal. The hotel is clean, and the rooms are big and cozy. The beds are super comfortable and have very soft sheets. The staff is very friendly and polite. The breakfast service is good but a bit slow. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
