I stayed here for six days in early February 2026. Probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in, in spite of its age. The hall floor tiles are gleaming.
The room I stayed in was spacious, the bed and pillows comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water. Since the room has neither heating nor cooling, it was a bit chilly in the morning when the outside temperature got to 3c. But the bed was cosy with extra blankets available.
The hotel is in an excellent location, only a short walk from the Central Park. Optimal for restaurants, cafes, shopping, and transport. Walking distance to everything.
The staff are excellent. They booked a tour to El Chiflon/Montebello Lakes for me. The cost was much less than booking the same tour through online tour companies.
I would 100% stay in this hotel again in future.
