"First off the negative reviews of this property our overstated don’t pay attention to people work super fussy or picking the staff is fine. The facility was renovated 20 years ago so it looks 20 years old so it’s not a luxury vacation but it’s a good location and it’s generally clean although a little worn but the bathrooms and showers were all well cleaned. The bed itself is not overly comfortable in the pillows are atrocious so if you have any kind of neck or bad problems, I would recommend you bringing your own pillow. It’s in a really good location relatively safe easy access to public transportation and I think you can probably find a pretty good deal in comparison to other hotels in the area."

"Situated perfectly in the middle of beaches, bays, and the Mission Beach boardwalk. Amazing big rooms and amenities were great. Staff was helpful. Dockside restaurant was delicious brunch and view. The only downside is the pool is not that great for such a nice resort. That would be the only deciding factor to pick another resort. The pictures on the website are deceiving and stretch out the pool to look massive but it is quite small. Overall great resort!"
