Someones car alarm went off every hour all night for 4 min each time making it literally impossible to sleep (have it on video) and I had to cancel all work appointments for the day to catch up on sleep. Lost a lot of money over this. Considering small claims.

This motel is dirty and run down and was nothing like the pictures on Expedia. I didn’t feel safe because on the second night I discovered that the deadbolt I’d been locking was a false deadbolt and my door only had a button lock and a chain that worked. Very strong and constant smell of marijuana coming from the owners residence at all hours. There were unpatched holes with electrical wires hanging out. The furniture was old and gross. The bathroom was super tiny and to use the sink, you had to close the bathroom door. The shower had stick on tiles covering mold. My room backed up to a sidewalk along a wash where homeless people travel and hang out. This place is nasty and dated and they are falsely advertising it as this cute, boutique hotel looking room. I felt bamboozled. Also, the nerve of management telling me to give them a 5-star review as if anything there deserved even 3 stars was laughable.

Come on now. We're talking average hotel room here. I liked the surroundings most of all. So safe and walkable. Beautiful scenery. Easy access to anywhere I wanted-- thrift store, Walmart, restaurants galore That was paydirt! I would most definitely return and book this place.

Property price for value was not great as it was very low quality room for the $109 charged. I definitely wouldn’t stay again. Also i arrived at 10pm and the room had not been tended to when i arrived. Had to wait for clerk to clean room and change sheets. Ridiculous for the cost of the room

I like old buildings and grounds. No problem with the old-fashioned room interiors. BUT my alarm clock didn't work, and I'd called in advance to see if I could place a wake up call and told I could, but told no on site.

Although the overall price for the room was fair, the room itself needed to be updated very small. The bed felt like it was a DIY bed. The shower was small. Took about 15 minutes for the hot water. Homeless all over the area very noisy very uncomfortable bed also was told please do not use the towels to clean up any messes along with the bedding. Was almost afraid to make Whoopie I just Just Wanted to make sure I got my $60 deposit back although the atmosphere felt like I was trapped in the 1940s or 50s

Good location but needs improvements badly
Place really needs some tlc and upgrades. They have random covered cars and other items all over parking area. The door had major gaps all around it and just a handle lock on it. We put do not disturb on the door as we had kids sleeping and at 9pm they knock on the door when we had the kids asleep. They saw it as he said oh I’m sorry I saw the sign but I forgot to give you back your id at check in. Then the heater wouldn’t work at all so we froze all night since there was a sheet and very thin blanket. I had my jacket and kids blanket on me and was still cold. The bathroom was tiny and so gross and the hot water took forever til some finally came out then was on for five minutes. The beds are on wood frame on tile so anyone moved you heard the bed scrap on floor. Hope they do some remodeling as it’s a great location and close to so much. Landscaping was pretty

Needs some updates
If you're just looking for somewhere to sleep for the night for cheap then it's fine. No extra amenities like coffee or breakfast or Anything like that. The room has a weird smell. The entire place could really be updated.

This this place need’s to be remodel , the front door need to be more secure, someone can kick it open, the beds are not comfortable makes to much noice, the bathroom door was broken, and the toilet kept moving and u can see water coming out from the bottom, definitely the price should be under 50 dollars , and also there was hair on the pillows from other people that stay there, they definitely did not clean the room

The door lock was very flimsy and not secure. The shower hose was broken. Room and bathroom were good size. Good location for easy access to activities through out the city.

Skin crawling bad
First room was not clean, the second room didn’t have air conditioning. Both bathrooms were tiny and disgusting, no lite in the shower. Bed frames are cheaply hand painted to cover that they are to old. Rooms didn’t look anything like the pictures. When we rang the bell as we checking in outside, it took 5 minutes to get someone to the 6x3 pass through. Not sure, but seemed to have several long term guests. Was so bad we decided to go across the street instead.

It was in a great location for the three places I wen to. The photos on hotel.com are out dated. It looks like a cozy little hotel. I wasn’t trying to spend much this trip. I thought why not give it a try. The staff was very friendly, the room was as clean, but it’s outdated. The room needs some major updates and the bed was hard. There isn’t much room to put your belongings. The bathroom is super small.
