When we checked in, the gentleman at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. He asked us the normal "what are your plans" type questions and was SO helpful in providing directions to the venue we were going to and also suggested Uber eats when we returned as it would be late for me and my son to find any open restaurants at night. I really appreciated his help as I was traveling with my young son as a solo parent! This hotel is clean and modern looking. Would come again!

As stated by many previous customers, this hotel is way overpriced or its style. The bed didn’t even have a bedframe. It was a boxspring on the floor. The towels and sheets were dingy. The room decor was old-fashioned. There were stains all over the floors, both in the hotel room, and outside of the room. The staff was kind though, and there was a fridge in the room, so those are wins.

Stayed here last year also for Dore weekend. Overall, staff was friendly and helpful, checkin and check out were very smooth. Elevator issues again. Only 2 of 4 working and then on Sunday night, 1 of the 2 working elevators broker so we were down to 1 elevator again on the 10th floor. Fixing multiple elevators would make the stay so much better.

Should inform people that the desposit is $150 PER NIGHT, so if you’re not prepared to pay that price it’s extremely inconvenient, really messed up my budgeting for the entire weekend since I stayed for 3 nights. The bar was inoperable and the elevators could be updated. Staff was nice and rooms were clean I would stay for the convenience of the location again but be more prepared now knowing pricing

This property would be on par with other Holiday Inn or Days Inn. But does not deserve the Wyndhams name on the property. The description says they have a restaurant. They do not. The description says they can accommodate RVs. They cannot. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing. But no closet. The room had stained carpeting. But they were working on several rooms on our floor. Many of the tv stations did not work. Would we stay there again? Yes…because all the issues were not major as we didn’t spend that much time in the room. And at night it was quiet.

Will never be staying here again — got no sleep, the walls were paper thin. The rooms were super worn out that the walls were peeling and there was a lot of strange stains on the carpet. Someone even left a piece of gum in the floor that no one cleaned up. The staff was great, really friendly.

Lot was full so parked down the street which cost $80 for 24 hours. Staff were great, very friendly, polite and helpful. Offered information on things close by and local. The room was plain but clean. No refrigerator, no mirrors or tables. It was fine. Hotel lobby was nice. I would stay there again to see the Phantom of the Opera at the Orpheum right across the street. All in all it was a good experience.
