Nice location. No housekeeping unless you pay extra. Have to ask daily for coffee, towels etc. one of our rooms didn’t have hot water, the other had a leaky sink. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was great one day, so, so the other.

Decent hotel near Union Square, accessible to all comute options. Rooms are good but toilets are small. Buffet breakfast has limited options but good. Building is old but facilities are well maintained with helpful friendly front desk staff. Very reasonably priced. Rooms have wondow ACs therefore you won't hear outside noise.

Ability to review on the phone isnt great, so here are the details. The staff was 5 stars. Very helpful and polite. The property 4. A little dated but comfortable. Bathroom was on the smaller side, but very serviceable. Breakfast was convenient 4 stars. Always protein and carb. Good coffee and orange juice. I didn’t use the cleaning service but housekeeping was very good about giving and exchanging towels as requested. For the cost, it was a lovely stay.

Very unique hotel. It is older so do expect it to have some minor cosmetic issues. Room was clean. It is small but also expected in a city. Staff was absolutely great. Very helpful and kind. Breakfast was probably the best hotel buffet I have experienced. It was different every day and well stocked.

Breakfast was very bad, the room was small, but very comfortable, perfect for just 1 or 2 nights. The bed was comfortable. But in the morning we heard footsteps and noise on the top floor. The reception person is very friendly and helpful.

Nice breakfast with warm food. The hash browns were burnt to a crisp and several items were out- it would have been nice if those had been replaced as it was still during breakfast hours. Overall it was a nice place to stay in town.

An old hotel which is quite well maintained and clean. The staff was friendly and guided us the "self checkin" process. The breakfast was good. We like the location which is close to Union Square and Chinatown. The room is ok and we did not like the noisy air conditioning and the old bed frames and mattresses.
