Great above ground and the room, but the parking structure was creepy people outside and screaming at the gate trying to open it ay 1am when we got there and it took forever for the guy to come to the window. There were videos of camras behind him but if your not watching it (which he vanished after we cjecked in) why even have them

Everything was great just be careful parking in basement that downhill will always scrape the bottom of your vehicle, not a lot of parking besides that staff are friendly and rooms are really clean and comfortable

Room was recently renovated. Property location was good and very convenient. Free parking was great. Walls were a little thin so we could hear a lot of street noise.

The room was clean and all the front desk people we met were nice and friendly. The room has a larger space than I expected that we three adults have no problem staying for four nights. Really like this place and will stay here again next time I visit San Francisco!

Nous avons séjourner au inn Broadway 6 nuits.je vous recommande cette endroit,lit très confortable propre,personnel courtois, près de petits restos,stands a cafés, près des bus,transports. Jai demander une couverture de plus a la femme de chambre et toute suite elle s'est assurée qu'ils nous manque rien d'autre. Stationnement sur place gratuit. Ceux-là qui on rien a dire,bien s'abstenir de commentaire négatifs ! L'ascenseur est bien correcte ! Quartier sécuritaire ! Merci pour votre hospitalité.

Quick stopover stay for one night. Clean place and good bed. However the room heater/AC didn’t work and it smelled a bit musty.

Even though it was listed as a benefit, I don't believe the hotel was handicap accessible. The elevator buttons were too high to push for anyone in a wheelchair. Addinitionally, there were several amenities that were not present in our room. The T.V. didn't work, The mini split only worked for cold air, and the bathtub drain didn't work properly. The room didn't meet cleanliness standards. Even though the booking was cheap, there is no way that I will be staying here again. I would advise anyone to look elsewhere for hotel accommodations.

Pretty much an average hotel. The staff was very friendly. We stayed on the 2nd floor and there was noticeable walking noise from above and outside noise. We heard sirens about every night from the outside. For the price, it was fine. I'm not sure if we would choose this hotel again.

This hotel is in a good location (less tha 10 mintes from the wharf) and has free parking provided. The parking had some tight spots, but offering parking in the first place was a definitel plus and part of the reason I selected this place. The housekeeping staff were also great. The rooms were recently remodeled, and look great. The 6-person room was very spacious! However, there were many details that made me think that the remodel job wasn't finished before they decided to rent the room. Like the GAPING WHOLE above the door frame. It looks like the new door is smaller than the old door frame by about 4 inches, and they forgot to seal the opening. Also, the toilet room (seperate from an attached room with the sinks) had such a weak, old light that you have to use it with the door open if you don't want to do your business in the dark. The sink room had no towel bars, so it was hard to keep hand towels dry. And the television had awful cable reception, so it would lose the signal enough to miss the dialogue every few minutes. Also, there was NO dresser or amoire, and only 4 small drawers for 6 people, so be prepared to have nowhere to unpacg your clothes. I have been making the trip to SF every year with the family for the past 15 years, and overall, it was a nice place to stay. Depite the details mentioned, I would stay here again. I just hope they seal the gap on the door - it was a cold winter week and their heating bill is going to be extreaordinalrily high.

I was worried about the safety of staying in San Francisco, but this was actually a good place to stay. There were cameras pointed at every corner of the property, including the parking garage. The room we stayed in was clean and newly renovated. They are currently still working on some renovations in other rooms. The TV had a pixelated line glitching across the middle every once in a while. It didn't really matter to us, since we weren't there to watch TV. We used Lyft to get where we wanted to go and back and they got there within 2 minutes. There's a deli around the corner that had very good sandwiches. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Overall a good place to stay, if we come back to SF.

Clean room and in a nice area, did not get sketchy vibes or feel unsafe. Would otherwise have no complaints but the first morning we spent there after a long night out, which was also my birthday, they were doing construction and changing all the doors at 9am shaking the entire room it was so loud. They then asked to replace our door but gave the option to do it later so we opted for that because we told them we were going to leave soon but while literally in the process of getting ready to go out into the city we were told they have to change the door now and proceeded to replace the door and door frame for over an hour while 3 girls are trying to get ready for our day. Put a huge dent and delay in my one special day as well as woke everyone up early without any notice!

The hotel is in a great location and everything was convenient. The fact that they have parking is a huge plus! The only bad thing is that they seem to use some harsh chemicals to clean their sheets and towels. I got a terrible allergic reaction that sent me to the ER. I am a regular traveler and have stood at many hotels and had never experienced this. As soon as my daughter and I walked in the room we smelled so much bleach or some other chemicals. We eventually had to open a window because we got headaches. She was also itchy from the towels and sheets but did not have a full reaction as I did. For this reason I would not stay here again.

honestly just book it . You really can’t go wrong . They do have groups of ppl hanging out by the building on the street . But they just hang around that’s it . The elevator is funny. But safe and worked nonetheless. The parking garage fills up . They do have cameras under there . I did get a door ding bc the parking spots are small and it was a new car .. but whatever . And we just left nothing showing in the car and we had no issues w any break ins in our entire stay. Our car felt safe down there. the rooms were really nice ! Everything was clean and way better than what we expected . The lady at the front desk was super friendly and gave us a map of the city and gave us tips and tricks. The area around isn’t bad at all. And it’s in the middle of everything . If I would come back to frsico I would stay here again

L’hôtel est très sale, l’odeur est insupportable, la chambre donnée sur une rue, et cela a été très bruyant, si vous vous attendez à un hôtel de grande qualité, vous pouvez passer votre chemin ! Même pour une nuit de passage, je ne le recommande absolument absolument pas. Et pour couronner le tout l’hôtel nous a chargé 90 $ sans aucune explication ? L’expérience Hotels.com ainsi que expédia est terminé pour nous.
