The room was perfect with an amazing view of the city and the Bay. Wonderful staff and they were always friendly and helpful. The Top of the Mark was a great place to have a drink after the show we saw at The Masonic. We will definitely stay again.

The service and staff were amazing. We were upgraded in our room so we could have a view of the bay. Everyone was so accommodating and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here. It is an older hotel but very clean and comfortable.

I have stayed at the Mark Hopkins before and had loved it. I was disappointed this time. Our room was small and not very comfortable. The front desk staff were not helpful or courteous. We had breakfast at the hotel which was nice.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are decorated nicely and are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. We went to the Top of the Mark for coctails and appetizers (they don’t serve dinner). The view was amazing and well worth the visit. Overall very pleased with our stay.

Very enjoyable one night stay, enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the hotel. We attended a concert at the Masonic Theatre which was only a five minute walk away

Staff good. Put out by the Nob Hill charge after thr event. We were kindly given a kettle but there were no mugs in the room
