Loved the hotel, like I’m sure most know it is in the tenderloin so the surrounding area is definitely a little sus, but the hotel itself and the corner it is on was more than good for me, never felt unsafe. The room was great & the hotel itself is well kept & very nice inside. There is both valet & nearby parking options for convenience.

We loved this hotel! Nicely decorated, clean, roomy. Staff is incredibly nice. Every single staff member we spoke with, including the Security, were friendly and helpful. This hotel is in the Tenderloin, so you will see some crazy things outside your window. It was amazingly quiet - the windows and the walls are almost totally soundproof! No traffic noises at all! We always felt safe standing outside with the Security personnel handling any drama. This is not a neighborhood you want to walk at night, but there is a really close BART stop less than a block away and Uber/Lyft are plentiful. The mini fridge is not stocked so you can actually use it for your delicious leftovers and drinks. The coffee maker in the room makes delicious coffee, too! We would definitely stay here again. Would bot recommend bringing young children due to the very rampant drug use viewable out yoir window.

Property was better than I imagined. Now the area is not that great but if that doesn’t bother you then this Hilton is a great option. We usually stay at Hilton canopy but was filled booked so we stayed here instead. Room and amenities were nice. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was all the noise I could hear from the street in my room. I had a street facing room and no matter the time of night it was very loud from people outside to cars passing by. If you can ignore that, definitely worth the stay.

Love the this hotel. Stayed here twice now. The rooms are fantastic as is the rooftop bar and restaurant. Location is just on the fringe of being a bit sketchy but security is great and I’ve never felt unsafe.
