“I didn't receive check-in information until i was leaving home for the airport, not helpful. The complex does not have a swimming pool, though hotels-com says it does. There is a small area to sit next to a large heated spa pool, but my fob never worked on the door to the area, despite numerous complaints. I was allocated an apartment on the ground floor with windows on one side only, looking over a walk way straight at another block or apartments. No direct sunlight, so the apartment was dingy...

“Literally one of the worst places I have ever stayed. I do not recommend this location at all. There is no one on site to assist if an issue arises and when trying to contact the staff when I encountered issues I either did not receive a response at all or when I did on a few occasions it was incredibly delayed. When I arrived at the location in the evening I found that there was discarded broken furniture and a broken scooter on the lawn in the front of the building. The building was worn down...

“Our stay was absolutely amazing!! This hotel is one of the most beautiful properties I have ever visited. The pool and courtyard are amazing from its multiple firetables, grill/pizza ovens to its hottub. This is by far the nicest cleanest hotel in Palo Alto. Did i forget to mention the complimentary coffee/latte machine that uses Philz coffee beans. This property also comes equipt with a golf simulator, dog wash room and a full gym. I will be back anytime I visit the area. I would recommend to...

“Only on TV in one bedroom really needs to Tvs, one in each bedroom room. Otherwise, was perfect for what we needed it for our stay in the area. ”
