"The room was comfortable and cozy. The only down side was whoever was next door sounded like they were verbally abusing their partner and it was extremely upsetting. They were cussing and talking very loudly even around 10pm. Other than that the place was clean and extremely close to the town center. "

"The room was very clean. It was an old cabin so expected to have some minor cracks and screws loose, but it gave it a mountain charm that’s hard to find. Shower, bathroom, bed were all clean and it was perfect for a good night sleep.Although, nothing the hotel could do but the wind was really strong and wild the night we stayed so suggest getting earplugs and an eye mask cause the wind was loud and the sensor light outside the door kept getting triggered by the wind. My one suggestion would to be to take out the sensor light by the door and replace it was a regular light so it doesn’t flash everytime it’s triggered by motion. "

"The Palm Mountain resort was a nice place. The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t have hot water our first day and the maintenance staff got it fixed pretty quick. The resort is in a great location - mountains in the background and one block over from the main downtown area. It would have been nice if they would have had a continental breakfast included- it can get pretty pricey to eat out every day. The room did have a microwave so a grocery store trip made breakfast meals in the room more economical. The only complaint I had is the pool didn’t appear to be filtered continuously. Every morning the maintenance team would scoop out the bugs and leaves etc, but by mid day the pool had a lot of stuff floating in it. Seemed like there was not a constant filtration running."

"Great location to downtown and the deer Springs trailhead, and was quite comfortable with the smaller size room. The staff were kind and the breakfast basket was a nice surprise. We found the bed very uncomfortable, the wall is very thin, and the yellow, crunchy towels, way past their life. One of the towels had a lot of hair from the previous wash… I could only recommend this hotel if someone was really limited from a budget perspective. we will not be staying again."
