"The great thing about this hotel is that is next to the “sisters” hotels that are great a you can use their amenities. The lobby of the Huentala is very nice like a classic hotel from years ago. I had problem with the room I got because the view was a wall to the next building, When we returned the next 3 days, we were given “an upgrade” to the Hualta hotel and the room was great. People were friendlier than at the Huentala. The hotel was kind enough to let us store our luggage for 2 days while we traveled North. The breakfast buffet was great. "

"It's right next to highway, very noisy, not sound proof. Bad buffet breakfast. Pool right next to bus terminal. Wouldn't recommend. "

There is considerable noise from the neighbors that can be heard. There is no smart tv. But the place was clean. We liked that it was a good apartment size. "

The check-in took too much time and the app to access the room wouldn't work. Better provide a fob than an app! The people were very friendly. There was no restaurant."
